[Delivery & Returns]
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment and the required data for delivery. We strive to ship orders within 3 business days, unless noted otherwise. We exercise the utmost care during handling and dispatching your orders.
All shipments are processed through PostNL, signed for and tracked. During checkout, you are immediately able to see the shipping and handling costs.
2. Tracking & Delivery
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number, so that you can easily trace your package. All our items are shipped from our studio in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Your package will not be delivered at your neighbours. If you do wish your package to be delivered at your neighbours, we kindly ask you to write a short note in the additional comments box during check-out, or contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.
We do ship to private and business addresses as well as PO Box addresses within The Netherlands. However, we are not able to ship to PO Box addresses or Packstations outside of The Netherlands.
In case of any delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery times.
4. Ship-to Destinations
We are currenly shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark (except the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Finland, France (except French overseas departments and Andorra), Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (except Vatican City and San Marino), Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (except the Channel Islands and Gibraltar) and United States of America.
5. VAT and Customs Fees
For dispatch to countries outside the European Union, VAT will not be charged. However, these packages may be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the country concerned. Customers are liable to pay all these fees. LOV-S does not collect a deposit for import fees during checkout.
Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note, international shipments may be subject to inspections by customs authorities.
1. Return Times
If for any reason you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, via e-mail. We kindly ask you to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return and your order number in the subject line. The 14 days start on the day your order is delivered to your location. After 14 days, the sale is final and changes to your order cannot be made.
2. Refund or Exchange
Please note, we do not refund the original postage and handling fees. If you would like to exchange an item, you will not pay any shipping costs for the replacement, only for returning the item.
We kindly ask you to send your parcel via registered post, within 14 days of receiving your order, at your own costs. Please keep your proof of posting, such as a post office receipt.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including accessories and documentation. Original condition means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, other than tried on. In case the original package is damaged or lost, please use durable packaging material of similar quality.
We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if the above requirements are not met.
A refund for the full value of the purchased item, excluding shipping costs, will be made within 30 days of your cancellation, following the inspection of the returned item.
