1.Identification

Lov-s.com is the product website of Monika Lovas and Robert Kisteleki, featuring high quality knitwear products.

2. Applicability

By submitting an Offer via the lov-s.com website, you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions.

Our terms and conditions can change at any time and it is up to you to check them regularly, before ordering products, in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website. In order to shop on lov-s.com, you must be at least 18 years of age and not under guardianship.

3. Prices, Payments, Offers and Confirmations

There are no fixed prices on lov-s.com; they are to be named by the would-be buyers, i.e. You. In this "name-your-price" model, we ask you to enter a reasonable price you'd like to pay (from now on: "Offer") for the items you'd like to purchase, and submit this via a usual ordering process. Two things can happen once we receive and check your Offer:

• In case we cannot accept your Offer, your purchase will be canceled, we'll not deliver the goods you chose and you don't have the obligation to pay anything.
• In case we do accept your Offer, we'll treat your order almost like a normal webshop would: we'll confirm the acceptance of you Offer via email, wait for the payment to arrive, and then do our best to deliver you the goods. If for whatever reason this doesn't work out, we'll cancel your Offer and transfer your money (if any was received) back to you.

Your payment can be done via a regular bank transfer to our (Dutch) bank account, in Euros. We will start processing your Offer (now treated as an "Order") as soon as the payment is received.

Because of the name-your-price model we use, receiving your Offer does not mean automatic Confirmation on our end as an Order. We'll either deny or accept your Offer and get back to you via email in a reasonable time. Should we fail to get back to you (due a non-working email address you enter, our fault, or any other reason), your Offer is treated as a canceled one.

We reseve right to refuse an offer without detailed explanation, especially if we suspect misuse or abuse of our model or services. Our decision about the acceptance or refusal is final.

4. Supply

Products are available while stock lasts. The product offers contain a complete and accurate description of the products. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the garment by the consumer. When communicating the weight and dimensions of singular items, these are indications only. Your final product might deviate slightly from these values due to the nature of the knitting procedure and the dying of natural fibres. When using product images, we strive for a true reflection of the products. However the colors, as they appear on your screen, may differ from the true colors of the actual products. We do our best to show the right colors in our web shop.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Some of our products are available only as made-to-order items. Unless otherwise stated, these are available for a short period of time. We indicate this time period in the product description section. Made-to-order items take 6 weeks to manufacture, which automatically means that your order will be dispatched 6 weeks after your order has been confirmed.

5. Deliveries and Returns

Delivery times may vary depending on where the Order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak shipping periods or in the case of unexpected events. In case of any delays we will notify you via e-mail. In case of unexpected events, Orders will be delivered within a 30-day window from the day the Order is Confirmed. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Due to the nature of the name-your-price model, we're unable to accept returns; all sales are final.

6. Cookies

Lov-s.com uses cookies to enhance your visit. Cookies are small packages of information, temporarily stored on your computer, that enable the contents of your shopping bag to remain preserved during your shopping experience. We only use functional cookies and do not use cookies to store personal information or to disclose information to third parties.

Please note that if you choose to disable cookies, you will not be able to shop with us.

The cookies last 14 days after the last visit from your computer and are automatically deleted after 14 days.

7. Privacy

When you place an Offer at lov-s.com, your shipping and Offer details will be recorded in the customer base of LOV-S. We only use your personal data to ship the goods to you. We will never provide your personal data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The entire content of this website is the intellectual property of Monika Lovas and Robert Kisteleki - co-owners of the brand LOV-S. None of the content of this website may be copied or used without their written permission.

9. Law

The Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of The Court System of The Netherlands.

10. Force Majeure

Lov-s.com employs reasonable security procedures in order to mitigate potential attacks against our website and data. However we cannot be held liable for actions or attacks against our services, such as hacking attempts. In case of a security breach, we will do our best to contact the affected parties, to mitigate the events and comply with relevant legislations. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders that may result from such activities.

Lov-s.com cannot be held responsible for the delay or failure of any performance due to, without limitation: war, warlike conditions, blockade, embargoes, riots, governmental restrictions, labor disturbances, wrecks, epidemics, quarantine, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, unavailability of usually-anticipated means of supplies and transportation or loading facilities, any unforeseen change in circumstances, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
